The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for managing schedules effectively. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting various departments, including human resources and payroll. Must have knowledge of Quickbooks.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee schedule management for staff, coordinating meetings and appointments as necessary.
Create Purchase Orders to Suppliers and Vendors
Create Proposals and Customer Orders
Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
Support payroll processing and assist with human resources functions as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Implement office management best practices to enhance productivity and organization.
Experience
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience in payroll processing or human resources functions is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
