Customer-oriented Real Estate Law Firm and Title Company seeks experienced Title Closer with strong work ethic.
Job requirements include:
Answer phone calls
Opening new files and entering contract specific data into our software
Sending Welcome Letters to new clients
Ordering title, lien searches, payoffs, estoppels and surveys
Communicating with clients, realtors and lenders regarding file status
Sending out checks post-closing
Policies
Provide critical support and assist the processor and closer
Other administrative duties as assigned by management
Skills sought include:
Gather and review all documents necessary to clear tile and get the file ready for closing.
Correct any existing title issues.
Must be excellent with client, realtors, lenders follow-up and communications.
Strong customer service skills
Must be a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to Multi-task and remain organized
Excellent time management
Minimum one year experience required in Real Estate; title industry preferred.
