Premier, luxury real estate brokerage in Palm Beach Gardens is interviewing for a highly productive individual to join our team as a Real Estate Admin and Showing Assistant to the Brokers. This individual MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. Position requires a self-starting team player with a positive attitude, the ability to think independently and be a problem solver. This is a full-time position working 9:00am-5:00pm M-F with the need for a couple weekends a month.
Candidate MUST possess a Florida Real Estate License.
Responsibilities:
-Create Sales Contracts, Listing Agreements and Addendums
-Input listings into the MLS
-Track progress of multiple deals in various stages
-Monitor listings, contingency deadlines and expiration dates
-Coordinate showings and provide feedback
-Show the team's listing to prospective buyers
-Meet with photographers and inspectors at properties
-Run misc. errands i.e.: having keys made, installing lockboxes, picking up plans, delivering applications, etc.
Must be a proactive self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written skills. The candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks and have the ability to make quick decisions while prioritizing.
Requirements:
-Florida Real Estate License
-2-3 years of experience in the Residential Real Estate Industry
-Must know how to write a sales contract & listing agreement and know how to enter listings into the MLS without assistance
-Strong computer skills with MLS, Appfiles, Microsoft Office experience
