As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth, leveraging your sales skills to connect with potential customers and close deals. We are seeking motivated individuals with a background in real estate sales or similar industries, as the transition to construction sales is straightforward due to the high demand for our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation and Canvassing:

Identify and approach homeowners and businesses that may benefit from our services.

Follow up on company-provided leads and referrals.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Build trust and rapport to establish long-term customer relationships.

Estimating and Proposal Preparation:

Conduct on-site inspections to gather necessary details for preparing accurate estimates.

Present professional, competitive proposals to prospective clients.

Closing Deals:

Utilize your real estate sales experience to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and secure contracts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Draw against commission for the first three months.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

Preferred Experience:

Real estate sales experience is highly preferred. A background in construction sales is a plus but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients effectively.

A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Basic computer skills to manage leads and follow-ups.

A willingness to learn and adapt to the construction sales process.
