As a Realtor Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for conducting client property showings, onboarding new property management clients, and making sales via phone and in person meetings. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with our company while receiving an uncapped and progressive commission on multiple services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings to potential clients
Assist in onboarding new property management clients
Make sales via phone calls, email, and other communication channels
Utilize company-provided leads to generate sales
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Attend in person meetings and social events sponsored by company

Requirements:
Real Estate License
Minimum high school diploma
Some sales experience preferred
Excellent people skills & impeccable client service that builds lasting relationships.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for your clients.
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a dynamic market.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (MS Office and Google Suite, ideally Asana and Slack too)
Must own a vehicle for client meetings and property showings
