Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team. This position is responsible for assisting prospective residents, completing the leasing process, and ensuring excellent customer service for our community.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective tenants with tours and leasing inquiries.
Process rental applications and conduct background/credit checks.
Prepare and execute lease agreements.
Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings and community events.
Ensure vacant units are market-ready and coordinate with maintenance.
Qualifications:
Prior leasing or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with property management software (AppFolio a plus).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
