Key Duties:
Show properties to qualified prospects
Respond to rental inquiries by phone and email
Complete applications, verifications, and leases
Work closely with developer to prepare and market new listings
Ensure positive move-in experience for tenants
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of leasing or real estate experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
Pay: BOE
