Real estate owner with lots of office and retail properties needs an on-site leasing agent. The job will require a personable outgoing person to show properties, communicate and send out marketing material and answer calls from tenants. You will also be required to place ads on websites, social media and maintain our listings on real estate websites. Duties will also include being a tenant coordinator for improvements they may need. Candidate should know how to use Yardi and the real estate websites and have good communication skills. This is a full time in person job and will be a salaried position.
