Entry level position. No experience needed to start. On the job training.
Job Description: Communicate with tenants, coordinate maintenance requests, follow up with rent payments, visit the properties, show vacant spaces, screen tenants, etc.
Requirements: Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Must have an active Real Estate license and MLS access. Must have reliable transportation.
This is a “on-premise” job. Must come to the office and work from the office.
Full time position.
Compensation: Commission based on rent collected and units rented. Expected commission $2000-$3000 a month. Potential to switch to salary in the future.
