Real Estate investment Company expanding and looking to hire individuals with experience going door to door. We mainly purchase properties in disrepair to fix and flip and wholesale, we focus on mainly acquiring properties in Broward, Miami-dade and Palm beach county.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Door knock pre foreclosed properties from specific lists from company
- Drive communities in zip code given in search of distressed properties
- Call specified sellers to discuss possible purchase of there property
- Use company and public online tools to organize data to support self in the field
- Drive communities to leave marketing material at potential properties to purchase
- Cold call leads from specific lists
- Build rapport and dialog with potential sellers in there home
- Analyze property features and sellers mortgage situation
REQUIRED
- Must have working car
- Must have working smart phone and laptop
- Must be bi-lingual
- Must have some door to door sales or acquisitions experience
- Must know how to use excel
- Must be between the ages 19-40
- 1 door to door jobs reference is a plus
COMPENSATION
- 45 day probationary period with stipend
