Position Overview
We are seeking an Inventory, Logistics & Customer Service Agent to join our team in an office-based role. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, customer service, or order management and be bilingual (English/Spanish). This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory levels, shipments, and customer inquiries while providing accurate freight quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory management – Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and ensure order accuracy.
Logistics coordination – Track shipments, communicate with carriers, and resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
Customer service – Assist customers with order inquiries, shipment tracking, and problem resolution in a professional manner.
Freight quoting – Provide accurate shipping quotes to customers based on weight, dimensions, and delivery requirements.
Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with warehouse, billing, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.
Data entry & reporting – Maintain inventory databases, generate reports, and analyze stock movement trends.
Bilingual communication – Professionally engage with internal teams and customers in both English and Spanish.
Process compliance – Ensure adherence to company procedures and industry best practices.
Problem-solving – Troubleshoot inventory and shipment issues, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, customer service, or order management.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
Associate’s degree in a related field OR 5 years of equivalent experience in logistics.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel or Magaya.
Experience providing freight quotes or working with carriers is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with effective communication and organizational skills.
