Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain service records and update job statuses
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
Qualifications:
English fluency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
Prior experience in dispatch or office work is a plus, but beginners are welcome — we will train the right candidate!
