Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.

Answer phone calls and manage phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in office management tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members as required.

Maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.

Experience
