Job Description:
As a Real Estate Broker Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our team of brokers and agents. Your role will be key to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist real estate brokers with the management of listings, contracts, and documents.
Prepare and process real estate paperwork, including agreements, contracts, and disclosures.
Schedule and coordinate property showings, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain up-to-date client databases and CRM systems.
Respond to client inquiries and provide general information about listings.
Manage office communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Organize and maintain filing systems for client records and transactions.
Coordinate marketing efforts, including preparing marketing materials and online listings.
Assist in tracking and meeting deadlines for various real estate transactions.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Real Estate license is a plus but not required.
Previous experience in administrative support or real estate is preferred.
Previous sales experience.
