Position available for an administrative assistant in a friendly, fast paced manufacturing company. Duties will consist of the following:
Quickbooks entry of new orders, printing packing slips and invoices
Answering phones (bi-lingual a plus, English a must)
Order tracking on Google Sheets
Customer service via email on Outlook
