An established and growing company in the aviation repair and parts sector is seeking a Purchasing and Parts Acquisition Specialist to support its procurement operations. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate sourcing of FAA-regulated aircraft components and materials.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a proactive mindset are critical to success in this position.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate the purchasing of aviation parts and materials to support repair and service operations

Evaluate supplier options and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory effectively

Familiarity with inventory systems (AVpro, Salesforce or similar software).

Experience with purchasing and procurement of items and services.
