Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fence installation projects, from ordering materials to scheduling installations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Procurement: Coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials required for each project, ensuring that materials are sourced cost-effectively and in a timely manner.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements, including labor, equipment, and materials, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet company standards for quality and craftsmanship, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to installation teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment focused on safety, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, preferred.
- Knowledge of fencing materials, construction techniques, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
