We are a unique company in the downtown Coral Springs area that markets swimming pool services throughout the country. From our advertising we get tons of phone calls from around the country from people inquiring about our services. Over 60% of the people that call want our service and it mostly just walking them through the process of signing up on a phone call. Other calls come in that require polite customer service to help get them to the correct person.
You do NOT need to know anything about swimming pools as we have an online school which will teach you what to know. Upon hiring we will have you complete the online school in our office. This is not a sales job, but having some sales instinct will be considered a major plus.
We do not require a bachelors degree, but it will be heavily favored. It will also be favored if you have ever done any type of sales type work (we don't necessarily mean being a sales person, but many jobs have a small sales component).
Although this position is starting at about 25-30 hours per week it can easily become full time within three months or less. We own other companies and have lots of other work available if you demonstrate the correct qualities. The pay also has the potential to go up significantly in a relatively short period if you demonstrate extreme responsibility, dedication, and quality work.
IMPORTANT - As many of our calls come from California and hence on PST time we are looking for someone who can work into the evenings. The hours to start will be roughly 4pm to 10pm Monday through Friday. PLEASE do not apply if you are not happy to work in the late afternoons and evenings.
