We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of our growing construction company. This leadership role is essential to the day-to-day efficiency of our office and supports the management team in delivering timely and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Coordinate and manage administrative staff and assign daily tasks as needed.
Monitor and follow up on Notices to Owner (NTO) and project documentation.
Supervise Accounts Receivable and assist with basic financial oversight.
Manage commission calculations and payments for the sales team.
Act as a liaison between departments to resolve administrative or operational issues.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Support company leadership with various administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role (preferably in the construction or related industry).
Strong understanding of general office management, financial coordination, and workflow organization.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email platforms, and cloud-based file systems.
