Our team is looking to fulfill the full-time position of Administrative Assistant in the Kendall/Tamiami Airport area.
You must be able to preserve long-term relationships with our clients; demonstrate the ability to delegate and perform under extreme time restrictions and deadlines.
We are a growing firm and need for the applicant to be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) both reading and writing.
We work with many large international corporations and professionalism is a must.

Place orders with suppliers
Interact with clients and vendors verbal and written.
Type quotations, change orders, purchase orders, memos and correspondence.
Prepare and file paperwork
Set up and maintain a database
Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, QuickBooks, Outlook.
This is a full time job 40hrs Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm 1 hour lunch break.
