Leasing office in need of office assistant. Must have office experience.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break at 1pm) and Saturday, 9am to 1pm. Work week = 39 hours.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound electronic mail and phone calls
Implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
