We are a banking and office products company looking for an Office Clerk in the Doral area.
This position requires computer skills and must be able to multi-task as he/she will assist in office task, reservations, purchase tickets, filling, attend phone calls, enter bills, manage price list, social media/Marketing and additional tasks as assign.
Must be well organized, well spoken, motivated and have a working knowledge of the following programs:
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. Marketing experience a plus.
Must be on time and dependable.
Must be Bilingual (English-Spanish).
Previous experience in office management assistant.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
