Established Site Contractor in the Kendall Lakes area is looking to fill a full-time Office Asst/Bookkeeper position. Must have good phone etiquette, a positive attitude and be a team player.
Qualifications and Experience:
1-2 years of office/bookkeeping experience
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willing to learn new software
Job duties include but not limited to:
Answering Phones
Issuing Purchase Orders
Receiving and Distributing Mail
Ordering Parts/ Materials
Filing and Organization
Data Entry
Other Misc. Duties
Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday (40 Hours)
