A well-known Paving Contractor in Kendall Lakes is hiring for a full-time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper role. We're looking for someone friendly and positive with good phone skills and the ability to work alongside the owner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of office/bookkeeping experience
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

- Answering phones
- Issuing purchase orders
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Ordering parts/materials
- Filing and organization
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
