Job Type: Full-Time | Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Manage QuickBooks Online: invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and job tracking
Handle daily administrative tasks: scheduling, vendor coordination, ordering supplies
Support social media and marketing efforts
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Jump into various roles as needed with a smile – every day is different!
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must
Comfortable working in a manufacturing-based environment
Positive, self-starting attitude with strong multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and grow – we’ll train the right candidate
Interest in marketing, social media, and brand development
A passion for art and design is a big plus – you'll have the opportunity to work with well-known designers on high-profile projects.
