Office Assistant for well-established Electrical Contractor. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00), Paid weekly
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with Service Manager for maintaining a scheduling board and jobs in progress board
- Knowledge of Permitting a plus
- Answering phones and filling out work tickets, typing proposals
- General Clerical Duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
- Must be able to multi-task
