We are in search of a Full Time Construction Office Assistant to join our Team. The Office Administrator will support the Project Managers and management.

Job Requirements:

Management and tracking of claims.

File Permits scheduling and management.

Project administration and document control.

Administration and organization of document transmittal to customers, carriers and mortgage companies.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Have 2-4 years of higher education or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years experience working in a office.

Previous experience around the construction field is preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate.

Able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects.

Ability to work well independently and in a group setting.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.

M-F 8:30am-5:00pm - You must arrive at work by 8:15am.

Offices are on W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac 33309.

Benefits after 90 days probation period.

Bilingual is a Plus (Spanish).
