We are seeking an entry-level Office Assistant with or without experience to work for our Home Automation Company. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resourceful, have a great work ethic, be career-minded, and have exceptional organizational and communication skills. This person must be able to follow direct instructions. This individual will be a highly efficient, persistent, self-directed, results-oriented person who is also easy-going and well-spoken. MUST live within 10 miles of 33181. This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00. Pay starts at 20 per hour, depending on experience, for the first 90 days and will increase if you are a good fit for the job.

Job Description
This position will assist with day-to-day activities, which include, but are not limited to:
Extensive one-on-one collaboration with the owner, both in person and by phone.
Marketing, scheduling customer appointments.
Composing and editing professional-client emails focusing on proper grammar and punctuation.
Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe daily.
The ability to maintain and add client records.
The ability to nurture ongoing relationships with clients.
To be considered for this position, a qualified applicant must have the following:
Strong command of the English language. “Spanish is a big Plus.”
Ability to work alone with little to no supervision in the office.
Ability to perform internet research and data entry.
Strong organizational skills.
Light sales experience is a plus.
Social media savvy is a huge Plus.
