We are a Marine Company seeking a motivated and dynamic Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of office duties, including:
Skills Required
-QuickBooks knowledge (prefer)
-Excellent organization skills
-Proficient in Excel and Microsoft word.
-Bilingual (Fluent English & Spanish A MUST)
-Excellent writing skills.
-Previous experience in similar position
-Must be proactive, flexible and team oriented
-Possess a positive enthusiastic attitude and ability to prioritize
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and utilize independent judgement, when appropriate.
Tasks
-Entering orders in company system and QuickBooks
-Corresponding with various customers
-Various administrative and office duties.
- Keeping order information up to date
-Payables
-Managing phone lines
Monday-Friday: From 8:00 am to 5 pm.
Salary: from 16/hour, Based on Experience
Office located in Airport Area
