Office administrator needed for CPA firm. Responsibilities will include: greeting clients, maintaining our electronic document management system, processing tax returns and financial statements for delivery to clients, ordering supplies, and general clerical functions. The position requires fluency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
