We are looking for an Office Admin/Dispatch Assistant to become a part of our in-office support team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service support
- Assisting the dispatcher
- Being self-organized and capable of delegating tasks to others
- Helping with daily check-ins and supporting dispatchers/drivers as required
- Creating and managing company files using Excel and Word
- Writing letters
- Proficient internet browsing and computer skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Highly motivated and a self-starter
· Ability to work independently while interacting with management and staff
· Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
· Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
