Overview:

Join our esteemed financial corporate office client in Miami, FL, as a Print/Mail Lead Office Service Associate. In this client-facing, onsite role, you will lead a team of 4-5 associates in the office service area. We are seeking a polished professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably with experience in the legal or financial printing space. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in printing pitch books and decks and familiar with various binding methods such as velo or comb.

Summary:

Forrest Solutions provides onsite outsourced solutions founded on proven best practices for managing non-core business functions. As a Lead Office Services Associate, you will maintain high-quality services for clients by managing all service lines and adhering to established standards and procedures. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring you to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Center at the home location and regional offices, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.

- Manage workflow, schedule, and delegate tasks to employees.

- Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.

- Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their roles.

- Set goals for workers and ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision.

- Recommend employees based on performance assessments.

- Report performance records and evaluations to senior management.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- Prior supervisory and corporate office experience.

- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-quality personnel.

- Willingness to assist in all services as necessary.

- Ability to enforce Forrest Solutions standards, policies, and procedures.

- Capability to direct staff performance and follow up with corrections when needed.

- Skill in motivating staff and maintaining a cohesive team.

- Ability to identify departmental training needs and provide appropriate training.

- Experience with various hardware platforms, including PCs, scanners, printers, and MFDs.
