We are an airbnb management company looking for a cheerful team member to assist with incoming calls.
Looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and speaks clearly!
- Answering all calls in a professional and friendly manner is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a plus.
Responsibilities:
Professionally manage inbound customer service calls with efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and answering questions according to our guidelines.
We require a friendly voice and clear English (Spanish as an additional language is a plus but not essential).
You will need to answer callers' questions competently and enter callers' information into a simple short web form. That's all!
Initially, maybe there will be only 2-3 calls per day, later more. All you need to do is to be available during the working hours and answer all calls that come in. You can practically do this from anywhere!
With time there will be more calls coming in and the payment will be adjusted then according to the number of calls.
Working hours are Mondays - Fridays: 9am - 6pm
For the work you need an app for your smartphone through which you will make calls and a browser (mobile or desktop) to open the web form for taking the caller's information.
