Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, take detailed messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
Basic Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer skills are required
Assist Administrator and Office Members in daily activities as needed
Work consistently to maintain an organized office setting.
General Office Knowledge (filling, faxing, etc.)
Requirements/Skills
MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish
Clean Background
Entry Level is acceptable. Prior office experience is ideal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm (With the exception of some full work days a month)
