Seeking a professional person to work part-time as a file clerk. Starting at $18.00 an hour, 4 hours a day, 5 days a week as a independent contractor, paid weekly. Prior office experience preferred but will train the right person. Must have a clean background. Bilingual is helpful but not required. Its a office house located in the City of Delray Beach off Swinton and Linton. This is a part-time temporary position that could be permanent with a pay increase.
Duties include: filing, phone calls, general office duties, good phone etiquette, take notes, sorting mail, schedule appointments, organize, be familiar with word, outlook and other email systems.
Qualifications and requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to manage one's own time and the time of others.
