We are currently looking for a customer focused professional
for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at our
West Palm Beach Non-Profit Debt Management Agency.
The position involves assisting consumers with hardships
setting appointments for counseling sessions and other phone and clerical duties.
NO COLD CALLING
Training is provided.
Perfect for STUDENT/SCHOOL/MOONLIGHTING HOURS:
Schedule: 20 Hours
Monday to Thursday (5:00pm-9:00pm)
Saturday (10:00am-2:00pm)
This is an in office job, no remote positions available.
The job entails providing extraordinarily compassionate
active listening, providing completion of tasks timely and
being extremely attentive to detail,
among other duties.
Former mortgage, insurance, tax
real estate, credit counseling
experience is a plus.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or higher-
- Computer Literacy
- Google Products
- Organizational Skills
- Math Skills
- Reading Comprehension
