Job Summary:
The purpose and goal of the Project Coordinator is to aid our customers and address customers needs and concerns utilizing excellent Customer Service skills. Our Project Coordinator acts as a liaison between our company and the Customer. The Project coordinator should develop a thorough understanding of our processes and keep a team mentality to better serve our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
-Scheduling our projects and install teams effectively, maintaining constant communication with on site project managers and documenting the status of the project and pending items.
-To own his or her customer and to provide an exceptional customer experience.
-Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls involving scheduling, rescheduling, and ticket status follow up
-Maintain communication with customer from the start of their installation until their project has been completed to their satisfaction
-Resolve as many issues as possible in the front line. This means the Project Coordinator is responsible for taking the call and following cases through resolution. These issues can be dissatisfaction with service, refunds, and scheduling conflicts.
A successful Project Coordinator is eager to help and learn while maintaining a positive attitude. This includes leveraging other team members, asking for training when necessary. We work as a team!
Knowledge, Skills, Requirements & Abilities:
Proficiency in speaking English. Spanish speaker is required.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
Quick Learner
Data entry.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Effective communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment, provide simultaneous support to the team
