Nuhma Inflight Dining is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. As a Client Services Specialist you will be responsible for daily order management and supporting our team's client operations. You have a strong passion for customer service, culinary arts and developing on your skills to become an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.

About Us:

Nuhma Inflight Dining specializes in fine-dining catering service for the private aviation industry. We focus on fresh seasonal menus delivered with michelin-starred quality, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

Experience in the restaurant industry or a culinary arts background. Must have a basic knowledge of food & beverage

Experience in a customer service role and the enthusiasm and determination to provide exceptional service to all customers

Skillfully handling difficult and demanding situations, while ensuring that the customers' experience is seamless

Proactive, service-driven, a keen team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar enabling you to communicate clearly with customers

Able to maintain accuracy, a strong attention to detail and deliver punctually even when working under pressure

Highly proficient with computers and experience with Excel and Google Sheets is required

Bachelors degree is preferred. This role requires being authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

Manage flight orders, striving for optimal service quality and efficiency, and a delighted client every time

Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions and seek and offer suitable alternative options

Maintain timely, factual and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight to ensure that client expectations are always fully aligned with reality

Adopt new processes and organizational improvements, and actively participate in identifying improvement opportunities

Assist with the day to day needs of the department, supporting other teams as necessary
