REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- FULLY BILINGUAL (fluent in English & Spanish).
- QUICK-BOOKS (advanced) - Bookkeeping experience
- College diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Work in a Fast Pace Company.
DUTIES:
- Bookkeeping
- Input Bills & Pay Bills.
- Account Receivables (collecting payments from customers).
- Account Payables (keep vendor payments updated).
- W- 2 Payroll.
- 1099 Payroll.
- Maintain Petroleum Log on Company’s Vehicles.
- Keep Track of Employees In & Out Times.
- Keep Chart of Accounts Updated.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Human Resources
