ROLE

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tickets received from the drivers from Allied Trucking of Palm Beach and Allied Trucking of West Coast. This process creates inputs for the accounts receivables and account payable departments by producing invoices and creating payment flows.

This function is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of the data department and transitioning the company into one that enjoys more data-driven decision-making. This position will oversee the transition from one operating system to a new one, giving way to the creation of new processes and structures for company transparency and visibility. The billing supervisor will work closely with management to master current processes, create new ones and transform others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Supervise and manage the billing Department and its capacity, employees and hours

 Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure the process is executed on time

 Review dispatch and generate job-quotes

 Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting departments to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing

 Timely communication with customer requests

 Lend support to other members within billing with respect to ticket processing and quotes

 Identify errors in billing and correct within the operational cycle

 Process and put together credits & rebills so they can be applied correctly across the company

 Communicate with clients and owner operators to address concerns regarding payment and billing

 Navigate dispatch to correctly identify job-quotes and ensure billing accuracy

 Review weekly billing via Excel exports

 Review weekly payroll including rates paid, deductions, etc. via ticket edit list and pay summaries

 Analyze weekly data by way of profit reports to identify trends

PREFERRED SKILLS

 Bilingual in English and Spanish

 Familiarity with Google Sheets

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
