We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & office assistant the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping functions, overseeing office operations, and providing administrative support.
This is a bilingual role, and fluency in Spanish is required.
Bookkeeping:
QuickBooks proficiency is required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Payroll and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
Assist our CPA with the preparation of tax filings and reports.
Support the team with general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial/accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
