Job Title: Personal Assistant (Construction & Real Estate)
Location: [Insert Location]
Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time]
Start Date: [ASAP]
About the Role:
I’m looking for a reliable, sharp, and easygoing personal assistant to help with the day-to-day—both personal stuff and things related to real
estate and construction projects. The work is a mix of scheduling, errands, site visits, organizing files, and just making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
It’s a great role for someone who’s curious about how construction and real estate deals come together. You’ll learn a lot just by being around it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping calendars up to date and managing appointments
Running local errands (supplies, food, returns, etc.)
Helping out at job sites—meeting contractors, checking deliveries, taking photos
Communicating with vendors, subs, and service providers
Organizing docs, receipts, and to-do lists
Booking travel, meetings, and reservations when needed
Light research or follow-up tasks for projects
Just making life and work smoother overall
You’d Be a Good Fit If You’re:
Super organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with all kinds of people—from contractors to clients
Tech savvy enough to handle emails, calendars, and docs
Able to roll with changing plans and jump into whatever’s needed
Trustworthy, discreet, and down to help however you can
Interested in construction, real estate, or project management (no experience needed—just curiosity)
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in construction, real estate, or admin work
Car and valid license
Comfortable visiting job sites and chatting with crews or vendors
Why This Role is Cool:
You’ll get a front-row seat to how construction jobs and real estate projects actually happen—from first walkthrough to final punch list. It’s flexible, fast-moving, and you’ll pick up a ton of knowledge along the way.
How to Apply:
Send over your resume (or a short note about your background) and tell me why you’re interested. Doesn’t need to be formal—just be real.
Required languages: Spanish and English
