GRS Community Management one of Florida's largest community association management companies is seeking a Full Time Architectural Applications Processor for our fast paced property management company in Lake Worth. We are looking for a get it done individual that would possess strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Pay rate $20 this is not a remote position and will be in the Lake Worth office.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch
Responsibilities:
Review and process architectural applications received by mail or in person
Respond to application inquiries by email or in person
Prioritize daily tasks
Scan and convert files into pdf format
Update the software system with application status
Able to meet deadlines
Request missing application items
Requirements:
Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts
Minimum 1year of strong administrative or customer service experience
Experience in office 365
Experience with Cinc software preferred but will train
