Position Overview:
The Sales Representative/Customer Service role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. This position involves a balanced mix of sales, customer service, and a passion for plants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional service and communication.
Process detailed customer orders.
Attend trade shows.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed information and advice about our products to customers.

Post to social media, check and respond to emails.
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (skills test will be given)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High School diploma required, degree in business a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
