Apartment Rental community in Tamarac looking for a mature bilingual admin with experience in leasing. Position includes answering phones, accepting rent payments, touring and assisting prospects with their apartment needs. Preparing documents such as lease packets, prepare and post monthly notices. Light filing, write up work orders, ordering supplies and misc. job duties. Must be a quick thinker and able to complete work in a timely manner. Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning a month from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
