Remote working available after training
Minimum two years of office administrative experience
Strong computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Inputting client information into our system
Calendar management
Attention to detail is essential
Experience with estimates and invoices is a plus
Data entry
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers as well.
Contact vendors for equipment rentals, orders parts and materials.

Salary: $16.00 per hour
