We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The successful candidate will need to perform general administrative and clerical duties including maintaining files, coordinate logistics, data entry, answering telephone, and any other duties as assigned. In this role, you will act as an interface between other departments. Candidate should be able to assist management by handling office tasks generally bring helpful and a positive presence in the workplace. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Data entry
Receive, open and review incoming mail, addressing items that can be handled personally and distributing others to the immediate supervisor or appropriate staff member.
Assist our logistics team
Update database when requested and needed
Be team oriented and enjoy being part of a diverse office
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computer to generate reports, conduct research, and assist with accounts payable.
Requirements:
Must be able to work full time 9:00am-5:00pm
Prior administrative experience
Attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge MS office (word, excel, outlook)
Must be bilingual english and spanish
Job Type: Full-time
