Open Administrative Assistant position in Miami area, near MIA Intl airport.
Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file and correspondence organization based on office protocol
Provide support around office as needed
Enter tenant checks & wire payments
Complete monthly reports
Organize inventory supplies
Screen phone calls
Respond and send emails to tenants & vendors
Qualifications:
Property management experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
