Our company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
Handle account reconciliation, billing and invoice processing.
Manage appointments and calendar.
Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible.
Strong aptitude for organization and attention to detail.
Prepare reports for customers.
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and hard copy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Familiarity with QuickBooks highly desirable.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
Qualifications:
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience in prioritizing work and multitasking – Strong sense of urgency.
Outstanding organizational and follow up skills- Discretion with sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
