GRS Community Management one of Florida's largest community association management companies is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant for our fast paced property management company in Lake Worth. The candidate must have property management experience. The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support for multiple communities.

pay rate $20 and up based on experience

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch

Key responsibilities include:

Process work orders, violation letters and ARB requests for the associations

Update gate system with resident information

Process all address and information change request as they are received

Issue guest passes or vehicle decals when needed

Maintain records and schedule clubhouse reservations

Work closely with the Association managers to ensure all community information is kept up to date in our system.

Update Cinc systems with resident information.

Handle resident issues, complaints with a calm and helpful attitude

Prepare monthly board meetings, annual and budget meeting packages.

Requirements:

High attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally

Customer Service with property management experience preferred

Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience or customer service

Experience in office 365, Excel, Word required

Able to scan, print and convert documents to pdf format

Experience with Cinc strongly preferred
